My name is Hal Richman. I have more than 15 years experience in the design and implementation of over 60 projects in the areas of learning and performance. My associates and I:

• Create training and development strategies with a “line of sight” to organizational objectives to ensure that investments in training and development support organizational excellence.

• Conduct learning needs analyses to ensure there is a direct link from investments in training and development to the skills, competencies and behaviors needed for stellar performance.

• Design and implement efficient and effective learning and performance management systems via product selection and procurement, as well as provision of hosted services.

• Conduct marketing analyses for the design and positioning of eLearning products to ensure that eLearning products are in sync with market demand.

• Evaluate training and development initiatives using proven methods of results based management and monitoring and evaluation.
